I didnt even know the 8OGs spelt out VICTORIA at first -.-
Before the day of the orientation we were talking about our group names and I thought it was based on alphabets. And since WenChong was in Valos 5, I thought there were110 groups, from A to V, 1 to 5. :D
Anw I was in ILLURA 2!! Each OG had 6sub groups, with about 18people each :)
Tze Wei, Le Yuan, Me, Louisa, Syifa, Mei Ling, Charlene, Jia Jia, Gary, Gerard, Dhruv, Ruchi, Clara, Chao Xuan, Levina, Phoebe, Jing Shi, Han He.
With Yong Wei, Marinah and Elizabeth!

Orientation lasted for 4days, with a bit of class orientation in it too.

HAHAHAHHAA now i can rmb anything. Like what happened exactly..
In general, orientation was mass dance + boring talks + games
And aweseomely cheap food :D Its seriously so much cheaper than VS food! >$2 for like 2meat and 2veg! ISS will charge us $2.50 plus anytime can.
Oh so anw, the first day was based on a mystery story. The ruler of Solaris died, and foul play is suspected. The doctor, the general, the prince, the butler and the princess are all suspects, and we went around playing games and collecting clues to who killed the king and with what poison, while cheering like crazy for the emcees and gamemasters to get additional points, which in my opinion, Illura 2 did VERY WELL. We were very loud and nice yayy :D
AND ILLURA WAS LEADING BY THE END OF THE FIRST DAY. :D So that meant we were most possibly gonna inherit Solaris!
Oh then each OG came out with some entrance walk to show their origins and stuff. I forgot how each group's walk looked like le -.- But basically its good guys with minions lose against the bad guys with minions and with a last surge of energy the hero will somehow win the bad guy...
And btw, Illura's a magician! So we're Harry Potter. And no one wins Harry Potter, not even Rhea with their FREAKING COOL 'Rhea move'.
There was also a fashion show showcasing all of VJ's school based shirts. LOL i feel like getting everything! :D
Mass dances were damn crazy. 6 in total I think. And since I have no hand leg coordination, I either move my hands or wiggle my legs, not very often when I can do both at the same time D: But the dancing is very fun! And everyone's very high so the atmosphere's damn awesome too :D
Talks throughout the orientation was dead boring. Subject talks, then combi talks, the VP's talk. Ugh, just sitting and stoning at the PT for hours D:
Then there was originally going to be water games on friday, but it rained like crazy, and we ended up mass dancing in the hall for the whole day. Its damn weird to see all those who know how to dance dance while the rest of the cohort just stop and stare at them. -.-
TALKING ABOUT THE HALL, its really lucky that the hall is built on the ground floor, and not on top of the canteen like VS. With all the cheering and feet stamping, if it was done at VS hall the canteen vendors will have the ceiling collapsing on them anytime. The cheerings all damndamn power can! Everytime theres a cheer the ground will be sure to vibrate like siao. :O
Went to Changi Airport with OG on friday night. FYI the food there is damn expensive, but not as expensive as the ones at Amara. $13.50 for Bah Kut Teh?! And we sat and disturbed the peace at basement 3, eating noisily, playing "The Penis Game", with the gals investigating how we guys pee. And no, the zip doesnt support our father's day when we pee. -.-
We were being irritating :D but who cares LOL. And I heard we went to the Airport this time round as last year they were STOMPED when they went to City Hall for dinner -.-
Met my classmates on monday. Gerald, John Lee and LeYuan! LeYuan was wishing and wishing before we knew our results that he wont be in the same class as me, and I was laughing like hell when we realised we were in the same class, thus embarassing myself in front off all the IP ppl :( But it was damn funny, given LeYuan's expression and reactions :D
Class games the next day. -.- Apparently, we were transported to a CLASSic dimension, away from Solaris. How shitty can the pun be -.- And the games were all in a bid to save the heroes from ZOSMOS. Impressive name!
Ok ok skip skip to last day. Zosmos appeared again and all 8 heros combined their weapons in a desperate bid to beat Zosmos but obviously failed. Then one by one they were defeated by Zosmos. The order in which they died was their position, and thus Valos died last LOL. Then it was Illura and Calypso! Both defeated Zosmos together and everyone thought we and Calypso tied.
BUT NO! Zosmos suddenly woke up and grabbed Illura's weapon! D: So Calypso won the tiltle of the king of Solaris :(But actually we won, cos we were lagging by 200 points, but we had 400 unrecorded cheering points. So technically we won! Yayy! :D

Oh well. CNY's making me very full at every meal, and I almost puked at the buffet ytd. 1 whole lobster!! -.-
